How monthly checks work

You keep a configured question set and we run periodic checks against the providers available in your plan. Each successful answer is scored on three signals: whether AI mentioned your business, linked your site, and whether the answer matched what is on your page.

Mentions tell you if AI knows you exist. The site match tells you if what it said is consistent with your page — wrong visibility can hurt trust more than no mention. Results summarize patterns on your tracked questions, not every possible user query.

Trends can help you decide whether recent fixes correlate with better outcomes. Correlation is not proof of causation, and assistants can change behaviour independently.

What “Matches your site” means

After a monthly check, Visus compares the AI answer to text from your website (from your audit). You see whether the answer matches, is hard to verify, or does not match — and, when it does not match, a snippet from your page for context.

If AI did not name your brand in that answer, the site match is skipped for that row. Citation tracking still completes.
