GetVisus benchmark - Round 2 - 2026-05-31

Can AI understand your business well enough to recommend it?

Round 2 is the website-readiness story. We checked 100 businesses to see whether their own pages clearly explain who they are, what they sell, who they help, and why they should be trusted.

The simple story

Imagine an AI assistant as a very fast but cautious researcher. If your website hides the basics, the assistant has to guess. The businesses that scored better made the answer obvious: name, category, location, offer, proof, pricing or scope, and next step.

1. Say who you areAI needs a clear business name, category, location, and audience. Vague pages are harder to recommend.
2. Prove why to trust youReviews, testimonials, case studies, awards, and contact details help reduce doubt.
3. Answer buyer questionsPricing, comparisons, FAQs, exclusions, and use cases make your page easier to quote in an AI answer.

The biggest pattern: most gaps are fixable

This was not about mysterious AI magic. Most weak pages simply made important facts too hard to find, verify, or reuse in an answer.

What this means: Round 2 shows the first layer of AI visibility. Before worrying about Reddit, YouTube, Wikipedia, or citations, the business website itself has to be clear enough for AI to understand.

Practical recommendations

Make the business entity, category, audience, location, proof, pricing boundaries, and next steps easy to extract in visible HTML.

Add structured data that matches the real page, expose reviews or case studies, answer comparison prompts directly, and check robots.txt for AI crawler blocks.
